Media folders in media gallery

This feature that existed on the v2 is extremely helpful, especially for customers, who want to organize their media by folders. Resuming:

Be able to create folders in the media gallery and drag/assign media items (images, files, etc) to each category and being able to see the content of each one separately.

(note: this is not the same as the standalone folder block, it's a different functionality).
