Allow Custom Color Schemes in the Profile Section of the Admin Dash

Having the Feature that allows Admins to set the different type of Admin Color Schemes can be used / the option to remove it.

I noticed that if the user were to go to the User section, and then click on My profile they will see the default Wordpress Color Scheme picker.

This needs to be customizable or needs to be removed to be fluent and work correctly.
