The issue appears to affect the application of saved UiXpress settings across all sites. While our custom settings remain visible within the UiXpress administration interface, they are no longer being applied to the website front end. Instead, sites appear to be falling back to generic or default plugin behaviour.
Custom UiXpress styling and configuration settings remain visible in the plugin settings.
Changes can still be viewed within the UI.
Front-end display does not reflect the saved settings.
Sites appear to be using default plugin styling and behaviour.
Existing menu customisations are no longer being honoured.
Menu layouts and configurations differ from their saved configuration.
Navigation experience is inconsistent with the configured settings.
Product pages have experienced significant layout issues.
Margins and spacing appear to have been drastically reduced.
Content is compressed together and displayed incorrectly.
In some cases, page elements overlap or render incorrectly.
Product pages are difficult or impossible to interact with effectively.
Deactivated and reactivated the UiXpress plugin.
Completely removed and reinstalled the plugin.
Confirmed saved settings are still present within the plugin interface.
Neither action resolved the issue.
