Woocommerce Top Bar Issue

I'm having an issue with the WooCommerce top bar. Whenever I'm on anything with WooCommerce, especially products, I can't select the top right area, even if I try to hide the layer that's there with CSS.

I can't click anything. I can't click the Home button, the Help button, or the search button on the top right. That's usually there with the UIXpress pages, and I can't click any of that. I can't even adjust how many products to show per page.
