WooCommerce order view and edit procut page layouts are incorrect

When viewing an order in WooCommerce, the page layout is incorrect:

Note that the box below is the main order details box and the box above is the sidebar that should appear to the right of the screen. Somehow the sidebar is appearing up in the page, eg., the elements flow is incorrect.

The same problem happens with the edit product page, the boxes that should have been located at the right sidebar are somewhere else.
