During your system migration in 2025, my lifetime license key for uixpress was lost. Over the past 5 weeks, I have contacted Arc Support 5 times regarding this issue. Each time, your AI chatbot assured me that a real human would reach out soon, but I have received absolutely no response.
I am extremely disappointed by this level of customer service. I expect someone to contact me immediately, restore my lifetime license key, and enable me to finally use uixpress again.
I expect a prompt resolution to this matter.
