[uiXpress] You see WordPress Dashboard when Server slows down

During the demo, I realized that when loading a page, there can sometimes be a brief moment where you see the old WordPress dashboard for a millisecond before uiXpress fully loads. This unfortunately breaks the white-labeling because it's visible during that time that WordPress is running. This happens when the server doesn’t have enough performance to keep up or you stress the server.
