uiXpress Version 1.2.18 breaks WP admin bar dropdowns + causes UI/CSS conflicts across wp-admin (Themes/Core Framework/WPvivid)

1. The WordPress admin bar is not functioning correctly on either the frontend or the backend. The dropdown menus fail to open, and there are noticeable spacing and alignment problems that disrupt the layout.

2. On the WordPress themes page (/wp-admin/themes.php), the buttons for theme actions are visually broken.

3. uiXpress appears to be overriding styles from other plugins and core WordPress panels, leading to a broken interface in several areas.
   
   Core Framework: The styling of Core Framework panel is being overridden, making it difficult to use.
