[UIXPress] User settings panel (light/dark mode and logout)

Hello,

It would be awesome if we could have the user panel with allow us to logout and choose between light and dark mode, also in the left down corner by clicking on the picture profil or on the name/mail. In my opinion, it will be more intuitive (especially for customers) because this is wider than the picture profil in the top right corner, and more visible. But it will be really nice to having both method.
