[UIXPress] UIXPress new dashboard issue

There is an issue with the new custom dashboard in UIXPress. The dashboard view appears broken, even when the UIXPress theme is deactivated for a user or a group, because WordPress tries to use the UIXPress dashboard (not the core dashboard), without UIXPress activated for the user and so without the necessary CSS/JS.

Could you take a look at this?

To reproduce the issue:

• In UIXPress settings > General > Deactivate theme for a specific user or a group

• Try to open Wordpress dashboard with this specific user (the view appears broken)
