[uiXpress] Submenu gets cut off in smaller browser windows

When viewing a submenu containing multiple elements in uiXpress, the lower portion of the submenu is not fully visible if the browser window height is limited. Instead of scrolling, the submenu is truncated, making it impossible to access or see all items listed.
