[UIXPress] - Scroll in compact/reduced menubar mode

Hello,

I love the reduced navigation menu, it's very practical. However, it is impossible to scroll inside and it is quite annoying when using a window size that is small enough for the browser or which is not in full screen (which is my case all day long).

It would not be necessary to add a scroll indicator like for extended mode, but simply allowing it to be done would be excellent.
