[uiXpress] Issue with ACSS and Modern plugin manager

I encountered an issue with uiXpress in combination with Automatic CSS. I was experiencing an external issue where my ACSS classes weren't showing up in Bricks builder. The solution should be to disable / re-activate ACSS, which re-injects the classes into bricks. However, the process was blocked by uiXpress somehow in the new plugin manager. I could deactivate / reactivate the plugin, but it wouldn't actually re-insert the classes. I needed to deactivate uiXpress first, then apply the process, and then it worked.
