[UIXPress] Front-end admin bar margin issue

Hello,

I think there is an issue with the front end admin bar when we are logged in on a page. The header appear approximately 8px under the admin bar. I think this is because the custom admin bar by UIPress is a little higher than the classic one. I could be solved by adding 8px margin to the admin bar but it added a margin that I don’t want when we aren’t logged in.

Could this issue being solved ? Thank’s a lot !

I also discard the grey border (left/right and top) for the custom admin bar because I don’t think it’s really. It will be perfect if you could ad a simple way to remove it, or remove it completely, without adding a css property.
