It’s not possible to click Edit product on the admin top bar. This button is visible while browsing a product on the front end. When hovering to Edit product button, some kind of dropdown opens that covers the button itself and it’s only possible to click “Duplicate this as a draft”, which is not what you would want to click if you just want to edit the product.
