[UIXPress] Custom dashboard creator (like menus creator)

Hi,

Topic may have already been discussed, but it would be awesome if we could have a creator panel similar to the menus creator, but for the dashboard. With possibility to showing some specific blocks in the dashboard to specific users roles. The menus creator works fine, so a similar function for the dashboard would be great.

Even with something very simple, which would allow you to delete the basic information already present by Wordpress, or even to reorganize it and add personalized text blocks would already be perfect.
