[uiXpress] CSS & Notification Panel Bugs/Improvements

Hello, just noticed some small issues issues with uiXpress

• Overview/Analytics dashboard tab text showing over mobile admin menu & dropdown desktop admin menu items. Seems to be a z-index issue

• Custom notifications lightning bolt icon is sitting on top of mobile admin menu close button. Seems to be a z-index issue

• Notifications styling appears broken, buttons showing as plain text. I’ve attached a of what notifications could look like on the last attached image

• Notifications bar has large blank space on widescreen monitors
