[uiXpress] CSS & Notification issues

Notifications always show up on page first, when you click the icon they appear in the 'Notification Center'.

The Extra CSS option does not always show, I have to switch tabs multiple times for it to show up.

You can't seem to add Favorites from a submenu only top level seem to work.

CSS sometimes get's special characters converted incorrected it seems;
So for example; li#wp-admin-bar-searchwp > a.ab-item span:before
becomes; li#wp-admin-bar-searchwp > a.ab-item span:before
