[UIXPress] Bug for features and no translation in 1.0.15 release

It seems that is impossible to turn on the two new features. After saving, the toggle button remains off but the features are now activated. From that moment, that’s impossible to deactivate both features because toggle button is already off.

There also isn’t any French translation for both titles of options added with the 1.0.15 release :

• Added options to hide screen options toggle and help toggle

• Added option to change admin side site

Could you take a look at that ? If necessary, here is two translations :

• Masquer les options d’écran : Masquer les options d’écran de la barre d’outils

• Masquer le bouton d’aide : Masquer le bouton d’aide de la barre d’outils
