[UIXPress] Admin bar issue on front

Since the last update (and even before, although the issues were different), there have been problems with the front-end admin bar when navigating the site.

It's now completely invisible, overlaps elements, and mixes UIXPress and native WordPress elements.

It would also be helpful to have the option in the UIXPress settings to remove elements added by plugins from this bar so we can address the integration issues that cause UI problems ourselves.

Could you take a look at this?
