[UIXPress] Ability to deactivate admin theme and login theme separatly

Hello there,

It will be awesome if we could have the ability to deactivate admin theme and login theme separatly. The goal could be deactivate admin theme in WordPress Admin page for subscribers exemple, but keep activate the login theme/page and modern screen for them.

Also, this will also permit to solve some compatibility issues with other plugins, design specially for some user roles in admin Dashboard, but keep the modern login screen in place the WordPress one.
