UiX-Press Breaking Elementor Floating Bar Tool

After thorough investigation, we found that the issue is being caused by the uiXpress plugin. It seems that the plugin is preventing the popup screen from selecting the Floating Bars or Floating Button when creating templates. To confirm this, I temporarily deactivated the uiXpress plugin, and I was able to successfully select the Floating Bars element.
