Static Menus - Allow for drop in point where new plugins automatically go

We use the static menu feature and love it! one issue when a new plugin is added it dont show up at all, could you make it possible so we can add a new plugin area where new menus automatically get added,

Also with the static menus can we make it possible so if the plugin is disabled that it disapeares instead of going to a 404 page?
