Some Deal Breaker Bugs but No Support!

WooCommerce > There is a problem with the sub-elements of the Anaytics menu. We opened a support request on this issue and it has been 10 days and still no return. On some screens it works fine, on others it's just blank.

Why no response to support requests? Is the project active?
