Some buttons are styled incorrectly

I noticed that some buttons are styled incorrectly, see this example:

And here is a button that was correctly styled:

So I noticed this problem with only some buttons. Looks like the ones affected are using <a> tags with “class=button” instead of <button> tags. uiXpress seems to be applying the “500” highlight color to these buttons.
