Set Default Landing Page for each Menu

It would be great to set a default page for each Menu we create. For example, I have a person that just does Blog Posts and I limit them to just the Posts Module. Currently, it lands on Dashboard, but I would love to be able to have that menu default to the Posts Menu instead.
