Replacing Plug-in wont redirect

When replacing an existing by uploading the same plugin with a different version plugin the page does not get redirected and how please select a file, as shown in the screenshot attached.

On the good side, plugin gets replaced successfully, but I get this everytime I replace an existing plug-in by using upload a plugin.
