Problems with the license and no one is responding

Hello. I'm writing to see if you can help me with my license issue. I purchased the Ultimate Lifetime license, which is supposed to be for unlimited sites.

However, I activated it on just one site, and now it says I can't activate it on any more.

I emailed you almost a month ago, and no one has contacted me yet to try and resolve this error.

I've attached screenshots so you can see the problem.

I hope someone can help me with this.
