On latest update entire site is broken in backend

I have a multisite installation. I just updated to the latest version and now it seems all the queries that go into loading data on the backend are broken. On my sub-site Dashboard, it's showing the posts from my main sub-site, absolutely none of my custom post type posts or Advanced Custom Fields data is showing. I tried rolling back to the previous version of UiPress Lite, but nothing works except for deactivation of the Lite and Pro plugins.
