Can you let us know what's going on with your product? I feel like we always take one step forward and two steps back.

The feedback page is filled with serious issues, and we feel abandoned. If we manage to get your attention for a moment, you fix some problems and release an update that addresses them, but it breaks many other things. Then, we don’t hear from you for weeks and are left with a broken product.

I hope you are feeling well and that your mental health is strong. However, we can't continue like this. You need to decide once and for all to work properly and consistently with this plugin or abandon it completely, so we don't hold onto false hopes.
