link button causes page scroll jump on post edit screens (v1.2.16+)

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open any post/page edit screen with a classic TinyMCE WYSIWYG field (e.g. JetEngine meta field or ACF WYSIWYG)

2. Scroll down to the editor

3. Click the hyperlink/link button in the TinyMCE toolbar

4. The page immediately scrolls to the bottom and snaps back when you try to scroll up

Expected: The inline link input appears without any page scroll.

Confirmed root cause: This does NOT happen when UIXpress is deactivated. It also did NOT happen on v1.2.15. The issue appeared after upgrading to 1.2.16+.
