License Key resetting issue.

I am trying to install the plugin on a site that previously had the old uixpress free and pro version installed. I deactivated and removed those. Installed the new uixpress and now I enter my license key, it says it was successful and as soon as I refresh my page it says I have to activate my license again and the license key field is blank again. I am using the exact same plugin configuration I use on other sites that are not having this issue.

Any suggestions would be fantastic.
