Issue with UiPress Pro Activation and Account Login

I purchased a 1-year subscription for UiPress Pro and received my license credentials, but I am unable to use the product at all.

Two critical issues need to be fixed immediately:

• Entering the license key in WordPress causes the plugin to keep loading without connecting.

• Logging in to my UiPress account via the provided link results in endless redirects and a “Too Many Redirects” error.

I have attached screenshots of both problems for your reference.

This is blocking my work entirely. I need these issues resolved immediately.

If they cannot be fixed right away, process a full refund without delay.
