HTML block, or Shorcode block and notifications not working outside the edtor

The notification and HTML block, or Shorcode block and notifications, only works in the theme editor's section of uiPress or any other section of uiPress plugin settings and pages. They don't work on any other page of the admin area. I have attached some screenshots below.
