Hardcoded wp-content issues

Im getting the following things in the Dev console;

/wp-content/plugins/uixpress/app/dist/assets/index-BuKkZHYc.jsnet::ERR_ABORTED 404 (Not Found) preload-helper-C-uec7Yi.js:1

Refused to apply style from /wp-content/plugins/uixpress/app/dist/assets/styles/vue-router.css' because its MIME type ('text/html') is not a supported stylesheet MIME type, admin. php?page=uipx-gs&category=theme:1 and strict MIME checking is enabled.

Error: Unable to preload CSS for /wp-content/plugins/uixpress/app/dist/assets/styles/vue-router.css global. module-De9NkZ3a.js:96 • GET /wp-content/pLugins/uixpress/app/dist/assets/plugin-vue export-helper-DG1zIppk.js net: ERR_ABORTED 404 (Not Found) Preload-helper-C-uec7Yi.is.1

The issue here is clear as I am not using wp-content.
I tend to move away from the defaults for security and I have defined a couple of constants in wp-config to change that behavior, something which has been available for a long time; https://developer.wordpress.org/advanced-administration/wordpress/wp-config/#moving-wp-content-folder

But it seems you hardcoded wp-content for some parts, can you perhaps make that dynamic using the constants if available?
