Gutenberg styling messed 1.2.21

gutenberg’s layer panel is messed up when uixpress and EtchWP are active, something happens and content styles are enabled on the UI elements.
WIthout Uixpress enabled the styles are applied correctly



With Etch and UIx

Without UiXpress

I don’t think Uipress needs access to the gutenberg ui for it to ally correctly.
