F5 / Browser Refresh gives blank page on SOME admin URLs

In uipress lite, on some admin screens, I've identified both /wp-admin/upload.php and /wp-admin/post.php?post=[123456]&action=edit that if the user uses a browser refresh, the admin will not load again, but instead is a blank page with the words "This is a pro option. Upgrade to unlock"

The pages work while navigating within the admin screens and they load fine in the uipress iframe, they just don't work as an entry point to the app.
