This is a long standing issue in uiXpress as far as I can remember that has never been fixed. When viewing an order that contains downloadable products, there is a meta box that should show the purchased files and their permissions. This is what shows up when uiXpress is enabled:

Notice that in my screenshot, only the files themselves (the part in bold in the second screenshot) is hidden, even though it is present in the page’s source code.
