Display issue with some plugins

I was testing the Smart Manager Pro plugin from StoreApps today and I noticed that it causes issues with uiXpress:

I’ve seen this happening with another plugin as well, I don’t recall the name now but I can look it up. What happens is that the notifications are always open and cannot be closed, the menu is not loaded and viewport width gets rather large, and I have to scroll to the right.

I am aware uiXpress won’t be compatible with every single plugin out there, but I found it rather interesting that two plugins so far caused this issue with the admin sidebar.
