Disable uixpress completely in Gutenberg

uiXpress has compatibility issues with Gutenberg. If you use different plugins to extend the functionality of Gutenberg, you will discover compatibility issues here and there. The best option is if uiXpress is not loaded in Gutenberg at all. Is that feasible?
