Base theme colors don't work

Base theme colors (uiXpress > Settings > Theme > Base theme colors) aren’t applied anywhere in the admin area except for settings tabs in /wp-admin/admin.php?page=uipx-settings. They don’t work in other uiXpress areas such as /wp-admin/admin.php?page=uipx-menucreator either. I deactivated all the plugins and used Twenty Twenty-Five 1.5.
