When navigating to WooCommerce → Analytics pages, the WooCommerce menu item remains selected in the sidebar, and all submenu items under Analytics disappear. The Analytics section shows up completely empty.
Also, for about 1–2 seconds, the default WordPress interface appears instead of the uiXpress interface, which is quite distracting.
I’ve identified that the issue occurs specifically on the AJAX-loaded WooCommerce Analytics pages. These pages in the standard WordPress admin load instantly by updating the URL parameters without a full page refresh. Example problematic URL:admin.php?page=wc-admin&path=%2Fanalytics%2Foverview
My guess is that since all Analytics pages share the same URL structure, the issue occurs the same way on all of them.
Steps to reproduce the issue:
Install WooCommerce on the uiXpress live demo.
Complete the setup using “Skip guided setup.”
Open Orders from the sidebar.
Then click Analytics or any of its submenu items.
At this point, you’ll notice that the WooCommerce menu item remains selected, and the entire Analytics submenu is missing.
Additional note: In the video I attached, you can see the issue I described, as well as the layout distortion occurring in the header of WooCommerce pages.
Device: MacBook Air M4 15″
Interestingly, the issue appears far less frequently on my Windows machine.
