Admin Menu Beahviour with Active items and Relocation of Collapse Menu Button

Currently, Admin menu is not setting menu items to be active properly when the corresponding URL is opened.

What I would like to suggest is that introduce an Accordion based admin menu behavior.

In this behavior, there were be capability of Submenu Toggle Icon to be switched based on open and close state of accordion. The Admin Menu should expose the path of active page hierarchy such as Appearance > Menus (Such thing can be achieved with breadcrumbs as well but keeping in mind the UI/UX, it will be more beneficial). There will be different styling for top level menu and submenus.

Also, collapse menu button relocation so that menu can be collapsed from any part of the dashboard.
