404 Status after install

Found the specific error occurring - it looks like when the site tries to access the following path, it receives a 404 response: https://shapedstg.wpenginepowered.com/index.php?rest_route=/wp/v2/uipxmenus?per_page=100&status=publish

It doesn’t look like I can disable Rest API from what I’m seeing. Wonder if there is another workaround.
