[BUG] gettexte function doesn't work on custom admin pages

Hello,

When using UIPress with an admin page created programmatically (with add_menu_page function, the gettext functions (__() and _e()) always use the english locale.

It works everywhere else outside of the iframe that host the content of the custom page. (menu title is ok, and also the pages created by custom post types)
