Hide plugins menu items which are disabled

We would like to hide menu items of plugins automatically when they are disabled. We have defined a structure off all plugins we have and we would like the menu to auto hide them when they are disabled. Something like you have the autoupdate feature, just it will hide items. We don't want to add new menu items, when we add a new plugin.
