Menu Builder: Strange behaviour.

Either I can't use the builder menu or it works unpredictably. He can restore different items himself - depending on what I change in the Admin menu via uiBuilder. How do the items from "Advanced menu editor" available when building the layout (in uiBuilder) compare to those that I set in Menu Builder - both are active for the same role. What are the principles of Menu Builder, how to use it to make it work as intended?
