Hide Hidden Menu Items in the Menu Builder

Truly Hiding "Hidden" Fields in the menu builder

I find it a bit hard to read the menu when you have the menu fields that you have hidden still active in the builder.

For e.g.

If you had

Menu Item 1

Menu Item 2

Menu Item 3

and I decided I wanted to hide menu Item 2 it would still show up but just be grayed out

Menu Item 1

menu item 2

menu item 3

If it were to be somehow removed and it show up like

Menu Item 1

Menu Item 3

I feel like it would do the menu builder some justice.
